I think his name was mispelled. Could not find this Marine under Charles Decetise. Found him as Carlo Diacetis of F-2-2 KIA Tinian. Same picture with the latter name in another newspaper article. My interest was peeked as I actually remembered the last name from a previous review of the July Muster roll for 2-2 in 1944. Diacetis was awarded Silver Star for his actions on Tinian.
